2008 Customer Appreciation Day

Our 2008 Customer Appreciation Day was a success! I've provided some pictures of the event above. The opening was held in May to celebrate a new planting season and relax with our customers on the grounds. We experienced perfect weather and celebrated with a delicious buffet. We would like to thank our friends and family for making this event memorable.

Welcome!

Welcome to the new blog for Fireside Gardens. Do you want to know who we are and why a garden has a blog?

We are a destination garden in rural New Hampshire. You may be wondering what a destination garden is... We are set on historic grounds in Langdon, New Hampshire. Our location is private and serene, perfect if you are looking for lovely country gardens to stroll through on a sunny day. There are greenhouses to browse through, a pond with aquatic plants, several beds with herbs and beautiful flowers that often attract butterflies. We also have a gift shop stocked with work by local artisans.

Nancy Downs is the owner of these charming grounds. Be sure to take the time to chat with Nancy about what your interests are. She is more than happy to answer your questions about plants and help you plan your next event with gorgeous arrangements. Weddings and holidays are her specialties!

The purpose for this blog is to keep you updated with the latest happenings at the gardens. We are so much more than a nursery. With a classic country location near a babbling brook, our grounds feel like home. Please check back often and enjoy our website at www.firesidegardens.com.
